Fayetteville, TN:  Therapy Partner Solutions^TM (TPS), a family of therapy-centric companies providing solutions across the full continuum of care settings, today announced the acquisition of TheraFit Physical Therapy & Fitness Center, including physical therapy clinics in Hazel Green, Alabama, and Fayetteville, Tennessee.

TheraFit Physical Therapy & Fitness Center was founded by Melinda Kay Black, PT, DPT in November 2003.  Kay founded TheraFit in the Meridianville/Hazel Green area with the intention of filling what she identified as a gap in physical therapy clinics that was causing patients in this community to have to travel a significant distance to the nearest outpatient facility.  Kay expanded the TheraFit brand to Fayetteville in 2014, bringing her model of best-practice physical therapy care to the Fayetteville community. 

The team at Therapy Partner Solutions is excited to welcome the TheraFit staff to the TPS family of companies, and are looking forward to bringing our model of billing, compliance, operations, and marketing support to the TheraFit platform to support the growth of their organization.
